This call was from a referral that we had from a previous customer of ours. Although we love all jobs and the several different avenues in which we acquire them, referrals are our favorite. Not only does it speak volumes about our work, but as well as our appreciation for our customers as well as our ability to connect with them. We spent a little over an hour trying to get the proper mix in order to clean, but not damage. This can be a tedious process, but one that we do not take lightly.
